8.26    Removal of Soil and Additional Landscaping.  Without the prior consent of the ACC, no
Owner shall remove soil from any portion of the Lakes of Estero, change the level of the land
within The Lakes of Estero, or plant landscaping which results in any permanent change in the flow
and drainage of surface water within The Lakes of Estero.

8.27    Pavement Pressure Cleaning.  Pavement, including, but not limited to, walks and drives, shall
be pressure cleaned by the Lot Owner within thirty (30) days of notice by the ACC.

8.28    Satellite Dishes and Antennae.  No exterior visible antennae, radio masts, towers, poles,
aerials, satellite dishes, or other similar equipment shall be placed on any Home or Lot or other
portion of The Lakes of Estero without the prior written approval thereof being first had and
obtained from the ACC as required by this Declaration.  The ACC may require, among other things,
that all such improvements be screened so that they are not visible from adjacent Homes, or from
the Common Areas.  No Owner shall operate any equipment or device which will interfere with the
radio or television reception of others.

8.29    Servants.  Servants and domestic help of any Owner may not gather or lounge in or about
the Common Areas.

8.30    Signs.  No sign, flag, banner, sculpture, fountain, outdoor play equipment, solar equipment,
artificial vegetation, sports equipment, advertisement, notice or other lettering shall be exhibited,
displayed, inscribed, painted or affixed in, or upon any part of a Lot or Home that is visible from
the outside without the prior written approval thereof being first had and obtained from the ACC as
required by this Declaration.  An Owner may display one (1) "for sale" or "for lease" sign in or on
the yard portion of the Lot without ACC approval so long as it complies with the specification
below.  Signs may not be displayed in the windows of the Home.  "For sale" or "for lease" signs
must be wood, painted tan or beige with "For Sale" or "For Lease", the Realtor's name and
telephone number in dark brown lettering.  The sign must be 12" high by 32" wide with a curved
top edge and all other edges straight.  The sign must be mounted between two posts inserted into the
ground so that the overall height is not more than 30" above the ground.

8.31    Sports Equipment.  No recreational, playground or sports equipment shall be installed or
placed within or about any portion of The Lakes of Estero without prior written consent of the ACC.

8.32    Storage.  No temporary or permanent utility or storage shed, storage building, tent, or other
structure or improvement shall be permitted and no other structure or improvement shall be
constructed, erected, altered, modified or maintained without the prior approval of the ACC, which
approval shall confirm to the requirements of this Declaration.

8.33    Subdivision and Regulation of Land.  No portion of any Home or Lot shall be divided or
subdivided or its boundaries changed without the prior written approval of Association.  No Owner
shall inaugurate or implement any variation from, modification to, or amendment of governmental
regulations, land use plans, land development regulations, zoning, or any other development orders
or development permits applicable to The Lakes of Estero, without the prior written approval of the
Association, which may be granted or deemed in its sole discretion.
